No smoking inside. Please make use of ash trays provided in the garden.
1. Please treat the space as if is your own and look after the property.
2. Breakages and damage to the property will be charged for at replacement value.
3. For everyone's safety and security, please ensure that the access door to the property is
always closed.
4. Please be considerate to neighbours and other guests on the property and keep noise
levels to a minimum, as our neighbours and other guests are nearby.
5. A maximum of two visitors at a time are welcome to be on the property accompanied
by checked in guests. All visitors need to leave by 10pm, when everyone needs to be quiet,
and we lock up and switch off the lights. Guests staying over will be charged for their accommodation.
6. Please use alcohol responsibly and clean up after yourself if you’ve made use of public
areas.
7. Please make use of ash trays for smoking outside only.
8. Simon's Town is safe, with a very low crime rate, but do not leave items visible in your car
when parked anywhere, day or night. Feel free to park above the house in front of the 4
garage doors, or below the house in the "Residents’ Parking" area.
9. All facilities, including the gym & entertainment area (in the converted garage), laundry,
kitchens and any other area to be used at own risk.
10. We have put measures in place to ensure your safety and the security of your
belongings. The owners, managers and staff will not take responsibility for any injuries or loss
of any kind.

Safety devices:
Exterior security cameras on property: “CCTV security cameras are installed around
the property. None in private areas, bedrooms or bathrooms.”
• Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in all bathrooms and kitchens where gas is
used.
• Smoke alarms are installed, and fire extinguishers are placed in visible areas around
the property.
• Jacuzzi/Plunge Pool: due to the close proximity of our gas bottles to the electrical point
for operating the jacuzzi, safety regulations have required that the electricity for the
jacuzzi be switched off. The Jacuzzi is therefore now a plunge pool and cannot be
heated or water circulated. Guests may make use of the plunge pool at their own risk,
but please put the cover of the pool back on when done using it.
• In the case of a medical emergency, we are contracted with a private paramedic
service, Cape Medical Response. Call one of our staff members for assistance or call
CMR on +27 21 782 0606. The nearest doctor’s rooms are at the medical centre at
Harbour Bay Mall. Contact +27 21 786 1697.
Check-in procedure:
Please park in front of the 4 garages at 127 Queen’s Road, Simon’s Town and walk down Whalers Way steps. Please ring g the bell at the 2nddoor on your right, in the boundary wall. A staff member will check you in. You will be requested to check your details and sign a registration form, and by doing so, accepting these terms and conditions. A copy of your ID / Passport / Drivers License will be taken and final payment for your accommodation if not received yet.
Payment options:
Cash, EFTs and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master card, American Express & Diners Club) will be accepted. We regret we CANNOT accept FOREIGN CURRENCY.
Child Policy, adults supplement and extra charges:
· The Manor House, Studios and Apartments are rented per unit, with a maximum number of guests allowed. An extra bed, sleeper couch or baby cot can be added to any of the rooms for a linen fee.
· Meals are charged in addition to the unit rate per person per day.
· Refunds and extras: After check-in, no refunds will be offered for shortened stays. Payments for any refreshments, laundry, additional nights or meals are due on the day of departure.
1. 50% Deposit required to secure booking.
2. Full accommodation payable in advance 7 days prior to check-in.
2. 21 days notice is required for cancellation of accommodation for a full refund.
3. Refunds will not be done for any moneys received within 7 days prior to arrival.
4. "No Shows” will be charged in full. No refunds for shortened stays once guests have checked in.
5. Breakages and damage to the property will be charged for at replacement value.
